Engaging in counseling demonstrates that you are willing to face the issues that most people bury or cover up. You are not wiling to settle for Band-Aid or drive through solutions. You want to address whatever it is that is hurting you and keeping you from the life that you want to live. I have over 22 years of experience and licensure in MT & WY. My career has been dedicated to working with adolescents, families, & adults both privately and in the medical field. (13 years in Psychiatry, Oncology, & Supportive/Palliative Care) I am certified in oncology, and provide graduate & clinical supervision. "Something will grow from all you are going through and it will be YOU.” Do you believe that and are you willing to do the work to get there? Qualifications

Pain is a part of life, but we were never meant to carry it so closely, for so long, or to go it alone. We so often get in the way of our own happiness and need help getting un-stuck. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed with negative emotions, overcome with anxiety that takes over, feeling cut off from other people, questioning your identity, or struggling to feel at home in your body, I see you. Together, we can work to understand how things have come to be the way they are and to find a new way forward.
As your therapist, I will help you identify the strengths and resources you already have (you have them, I promise) and to learn new skills and strategies. We will unravel the stories you carry from past hurts in order to move toward a life worth living, with calmer days, better relationships, and feeling good in your body. I work with teens and adults on issues including anxiety, depression, sexual and relationship trauma, gender and sexual identity, and body image/disordered eating. Please feel free to send and email or call me for a 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you! Click to see my Psychology Today profile |

My entire adult life I have worked with children and their families as a professional teacher and now a therapist. I easily relate to all ages - children, adolescents, teens, and adults. I understand how important working with families and schools can be for the mental health of the child. As a teacher for over 20 years, I understand burnout, the inner-workings of schools, and the importance of the personnels' mental health and self care. Plus, over 16 years experience with child-rearing, elderly parental care, end of life choices, adult social services, and grief and bereavement therapies for children and adults. I use a client-centered, strength-base approach for children, adolescents, teens, adults and families, school personnel, mothers in all stages (pregnancy and beyond) including family planning, elderly care, grief and bereavement therapy for children and adults. Gender identify, sexual orientation, body shaming, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. Reaching out for help is a strength and wanting to be better is incredibly brave. Having a network of specialized professionals helping navigate this sometimes stressful and difficult World is a bonus. Your visit is not only confidential, you will leave feeling relief from all you carry with you. Please call today, I have immediate openings. Click to see my Psychology Today profile |

With compassion and cultural sensitivity, I have strived to help teens, adults, couples, and families to build resilience in the face of adversity since 2017. Trauma is real and looks different for each person. Healing takes time and support. What you have experienced does not determine who you are, but it can impact how you feel about yourself, the world, and others. Remember trauma and abuse are never your fault. You don't have to just survive anymore, you can thrive. Therapy is a collaborative relationship when done right. Let's work together to facilitate a healthier, happier, YOU!
I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress, and emotional abuse recovery. I offer mental health evaluations, solution-focused brief therapy, and short and long-term psychotherapy. Your treatment plan is designed for you according to your goals, wants, and needs. You are in charge of this journey. I value your time and trust. Asking for help is not easy. Thank you for reaching out. I am available for in-person and Telehealth sessions by appointment.
